As the clock ticks 12, the prices of petroleum products have been increased.
The price of petrol has been increased by whopping Rs17.50 per liter while the price of high-speed diesel has been increased by Rs20 per liter.
After the increase, the new price of petrol has been fixed at Rs 290.45 per liter, while the new price of high speed diesel has been fixed at Rs 293.40 per liter.
The Ministry of Finance has issued a notification to increase the prices of petroleum products.
The increase in petrol and diesel prices came into effect immediately from 12 o'clock tonight.
