YouTube has blocked ads from today on Channels less than 1k Subscribers & 4000 Hours Watch time

YouTube starts blocking monetization to those channels which do not have reached the threshold of 1000 Subscribers & 4000 Hours of watch time from today.

On 16th January 2018 YouTube stated on their official blog that they will not show Ads on those channels who don't have 1000 subscribers & 4000 hours of watch time in a past year. YouTube also stated that "On January 16, 2018, we announced new eligibility requirements for the YouTube Partner Program. Once a channel reaches 4,000 watch hours in the previous 12 months and 1,000 subscribers it will be reviewed to join the program.
This is part of an effort to strengthen our requirements for monetization so spammers, impersonators, and other bad actors can’t hurt our ecosystem or take advantage of creators, while continuing to reward those who make our platform great. Get more details on the YouTube Creator Blog."

YouTube gave 30 days to creators to achieve the threasold until 20th February & now YouTube had blocked ads on those channels which have not reached the threasold.
