YouTube is crushing hard on Ad blockers

People around the world use ad blockers to block ads on YouTube and other websites, but this is no longer possible on YouTube.

Yes, YouTube has launched a crackdown on the use of ad blockers around the world.

In June 2023, YouTube announced a "small experiment" to disable ad blockers globally.

YouTube has applied this ban to users all over the world, including Pakistan. In view of this, YouTube Premium was introduced by YouTube in Pakistan in August.

The company is asking users to disable the adblocker and watch ads on YouTube or take a subscription to YouTube Premium, in which there are no ads as well as more features are also provided to the users.

YouTube official Christopher Lawton said that now if a user uses an ad blocker on YouTube, he will get a message in front of him (a screenshot of which you can see below).

But the important thing is that until the ad blocker is disabled by the user, after three videos, the YouTube player will remain disabled for him, in which it will not be possible to watch YouTube videos.

According to YouTube, the use of ad blockers violates the rules and regulations of the platform.
