ICC has launched a brand-new logo for the T20 World cups, starting 2024.

International Cricket Council has opted for a vibrant new look for its T20 World Cup brand starting 2024, which was unveiled on Thursday, 7 December.

The transformation encapsulates the inherent excitement of each delivery in T20 cricket, known for its dynamic pace and thrilling moments. The updated visual representation effectively conveys the relentless energy of the format.

The brand identity integrates textures and patterns drawn from the host country for each edition of the World Cup. This includes a unique pattern that pays tribute to both the palm trees of the West Indies and the 'stripes' associated with the USA, which is set to host the ICC Men's T20 World Cup in 2024.

The logo ingeniously blends the bat, ball, and energy to represent the fundamental aspects of T20I cricket. The T20 lettering undergoes a dynamic transformation, evolving into a swinging bat enclosed within a lively ball.

The strike graphic within the ball mirrors the distinctive atmosphere and electric energy found in T20Is, with the zig-zag pattern suggesting the escalating excitement and heart-pounding moments.

Claire Furlong, the ICC General Manager – Marketing and Communications, expressed, "The ICC Men’s and Women’s T20 World Cups are poised to provide cricket fans worldwide with a thrilling and captivating experience, and we aim for the new visual identity to mirror that vision and energy."

She added, "The integration of distinctive patterns into the brand will offer hosts a unique element in shaping the overall look and feel of the event."

The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 will be played in the West Indies and USA from 4 to 30 June 2024.
